Privacy & data behaviour

This notice describes the site’s browser tools and current release settings. Legal operator details and hosting log retention remain unconfirmed.

Information entered here.

The current site has no application backend, sign-up form, customer database, advertising pixels, or mandatory analytics service. It does not ask you to enter contact or enquiry details.

Your checklist stays in your browser.

The checklist saves only ticked item identifiers in local storage. These values are not sent to a server. Browser storage can be unavailable or cleared.

Ticked item identifiersThis browser’s storage

Use Clear my ticks to remove them. The optional analytics preference also uses local storage; tool inputs do not.

Calculations and files run locally.

The credit worksheet keeps inputs in the current page. It does not save them or send them to a server. TXT and CSV summaries are created in your browser when you download them.

The result-log checker reads a file only after you choose it. It checks the JSON locally, stores no copy, and makes no network request. Its downloaded summary contains validation codes and counts, not the submitted field values. Clear the result or close the tab when finished.

The acceptance-kit downloads contain synthetic cases and blank results. They do not connect to product accounts or contain customer data.

About the separate test sender

The downloadable Node test sender is separate software. By default it only prints a synthetic plan. If you deliberately enable sending and configure a test endpoint, it posts synthetic events to that endpoint. The observation report does not include the endpoint address.

Local interaction events.

Marked product links and worksheet actions emit local browser events for interaction checks. These events are not sent to an analytics service or stored as a visitor profile.

What those events contain

A marked link event contains the publication, page ID, offer, placement, time, and link relationship. A worksheet event contains the tool, action, and input-basis label. It does not include your quantities or credit values.

Analytics is disabled.

Analytics is disabled in this release, including on the production domain. The site does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, even if this browser previously saved an accepted preference. The consent controls stay hidden while analytics is disabled. Preview builds and local hosts also keep analytics off.

If optional analytics is enabled in a future verified release, this notice and the consent controls must explain what is collected and how to change your choice. Your worksheet values and uploaded result files currently stay in this page.

External websites have their own practices.

Official vendor links leave Warm Contacts. Those websites have their own terms and privacy information. Our current product links contain no affiliate tracking identifiers.

Publication details — draft

What still needs confirmation.

Warm Contacts is the public brand. The contact address is [email protected].

The public release uses Cloudflare Pages for static hosting. The operator’s legal details, actual hosting logs, retention periods, and any additional processing must be confirmed before this becomes a complete public privacy policy.

This notice describes the current implementation and does not claim legal compliance.
